It’s new year-a time when we reflect on the health and wellness for our families. Family Resource Center (in partnership with First 5 San Joaquin) operates Help Me Grow San Joaquin County, a program that helps families and those working with children under the age of 5 with the Ages and Stages and the Ages and Stages Social Emotional Questionnaire. Being able to know if a child is meeting developmental milestones and being able to help navigate health and social services can make a huge difference in maximizing a child’s optimal healthy development.
