San Joaquin County Child Care Providers attended Family Resource Center’s Child Care Provider Day reception on May 12th in recognition of Child Care Provider Appreciation Day 2023. The event included a welcoming by CEO, Kay Ruhstaller, remarks and proclamation presentations by staff from Senator Susan Eggman’s office as well as Congressman Josh Harder’s office-calling out the importance of high-quality child care services for all children and families within San Joaquin County. Providers were also recognized for their tireless efforts in creating safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments for the children in their care. Food, wellness tips & giveaways, and fun networking were included in the event.
