Offering FREE recreational sports activities, community cultural activities, workshops geared to teens and parents, enrichment activities, including theatre and music, after-school homework club/tutoring, health and physical fitness activities. The Teen IMPACT Center is an 18,000-square-foot building owned by the City of Stockton and operated by Family Resource & Referral Center. Housed in the shell of a 1940’s art-deco-style bowling alley, the center offers a half-court basketball area, 4-lane bowling alley, climbing wall, stage, computer room and library, meeting rooms, and snack bar. The TIC is also available to rent for birthday parties, quinceañeras, graduation parties, family reunions and special events, as well as a meeting space for organizations and civic groups.
Engage youth in creating and managing the Teen Center’s success through leadership and personal development opportunities. Partner with Stockton’s teens, families, and schools to invest in the success of its teens through academic achievement, life-skill building, and employment.
