Family Resource & Referral Center Relocating Main Office On or Before December 31st, 2021

It is with great excitement that Family Resource & Referral Center announces to you that our main office is relocating to 3127 Transworld Drive Stockton, CA on or about December 31, 2021. 

The City of Stockton purchased our Weber Ave. office building, and this is the home of the future City Hall. We acknowledge that this will be an adjustment for our Child Care Providers after 26 years at our Weber location; however, we look forward to new and improved training facilities for Providers, as well as new office space.

Centrally located in the heart of San Joaquin County, our new office location highlights include:

• Close proximity to San Joaquin County Office of Education and Head Start San Joaquin near Arch Airport Rd. and Hwy 99
• Easily accessible to Hwy 99 and Interstate 5
• Accessible by surface streets
• Easy to travel to by public transit
• Ample, free parking

Our phone number and email addresses will remain the same, and we will continue to serve clients at our 1035 W. Robinhood Dr. location in North Stockton, and serve children and families at our Joan Richards Learning Village Preschool at 5211 Barbados Circle in Stockton.
