Family Resource & Referral Center ends its decade-long chapter of operating the Teen IMPACT Center on July 1st, 2021

Family Resource & Referral Center hands back operations of the Teen IMPACT Center to the City of Stockton beginning July 1, 2021 after providing 10 years of mentorship, recreation, and a safe space to thousands of Stockton teens.
