Celebrating 2021 Graduation!

After a school year unlike any other, students, teachers, and families came together to celebrate the achievements of the Class of 2021 on June 15^th, 16^th, and 17^th.

Three graduation ceremonies were held outside to recognize 77 graduates from 5 classrooms (virtual & in-person) who completed their preschool education at Joan Richards Learning Village. Families were able to watch their students socially distance graduate (caravan style), and take pictures with their graduates with Pete-the-Cat themed photo props. Each student received a brand new backpack with school supplies (courtesy of Delta SNA), and are now ready to embark on their new journey in kindergarten.

Families expressed thanks to their child’s teachers for having prepared their students for kindergarten, while teachers and staff held back tears as they said goodbyes to the students and families, who will always remain part of the JRLV family!
